If on receipt of the item, it is damaged / faulty, notify us immediately and make arrangements to return the item to us.
Returns costs are at the customer’s expense, customers should ensure that the returnable item is sent via a trackable service to ensure receipt at destination, to ensure prompt refund.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in secure packaging to avoid the item being damaged.
We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 7 days after the item has been delivered, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is the customer's responsibility.
